Other Matching Rooms

At any moment, guests can switch to a room with similar amenities to their own. Those rooms will be listed in this section if they are available. Users can perform the below instructions if the guest wishes to move their room.

Click the guest’s desired room from the list.

When a room is selected from the same room type, the room move reasons categorized as Others will be displayed. Users can select a reason and complete the room move.

When a room is selected from a different room type, the Modify Stay screen is displayed. Users can select the required room move reasons from the Reason for Room Move drop-down list in this screen.

Click Yes to confirm the room change for this reservation.
